Heather K. Wylie is a Consultant in the Surface Transportation group at HMMH, focusing on Noise and Air Quality analyses. She has extensive experience leading meteorological field measurements and analysis as well as conducting air dispersion modeling in support of permit applications and nuisance odor studies. She has led community outreach meetings and has worked with state and local governments. Ms. Wylie assists with the preparation of various federal, state, and local environmental permitting efforts, such as those to demonstrate compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
