Scott joined HMMH in July of 2015 an Aviation Services Consultant, and has provided data analysis for aircraft noise mitigation and assisted with management on many projects. He works on a variety of projects for airport clients and specializes in noise modeling using the FAA’s Aviation Environmental Design Tool (AEDT) and Integrated Noise Model (INM), as well as regularly performing acoustical measurements in the field and . Proficient in the Python computer programming language, Scott draws on his academic background and software programming skills to simplify and streamline data analysis and modeling procedures.
During his time with HMMH, Scott has provided essential support for projects involving O’Hare International Airport, Centennial Airport, Louisville International Airport, as well as directly for the Federal Aviation Administration.
Scott holds a B.S. in Physics from the University of California, Davis.
