Vincent Ma is a California State Polytechnic University (Cal Poly) graduate with a background in environmental and natural resource conservation. Most recently, he conducted field studies and developed a GIS-based ESRI Story Map of Orange County (CA) flood Control District Channels for the Orange County Public Works department. He is an enthusiastic, knowledgeable consultant with a desire to improve the environment.
