Scott Noel Joins HMMH as Principal Consultant

HMMH is pleased to announce that Scott Noel, AICP, GISP, INCE, has joined our Surface Transportation Group as Principal Consultant. His primary focus will be project management and business development for the firm’s rail/transit practice. His experience leading environmental noise, vibration and air quality modeling and analysis in support of freight rail, transit and roadway projects will further strengthen the firm’s existing expertise.
Scott is an environmental planner with extensive experience leading noise and air quality technical assessments to support various federal, state and local environmental permitting efforts, demonstrating compliance with NEPA and CEQA. Scott has conducted community outreach meetings and has worked with numerous state and local governments evaluating land use plans and zoning ordinances.
“Scott is a highly accomplished individual with experience on a wide variety of environmental noise and vibration projects. This diversity of experience will be an invaluable asset to HMMH as he leads our work on the diverse issues that arise on rail/transit projects,” said John C.
