HMMH Welcomes John Weston as Director of Surface Transportation

HMMH is pleased to announce that John C. Weston has joined the firm as Director of Surface Transportation. John has 24 years of experience overseeing a wide range of transportation projects in every stage of project development, with a particular focus on rail and transit planning and operations studies. His project experience centers around assessing the benefits and impacts of introducing new transportation services into communities. These assessments have been conducted through leading the development of major investment studies, alternatives analyses, feasibility studies, operating plans and environmental analyses.

John’s experience also includes many aspects of transit project planning and the development of transportation policy plans, such as state rail plans and corridor management plans, and he has assisted and/or led the development of environmental screening or analysis through the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process.
