Bob Finck

Principal Consultant Specializing in Surface Transportation

With more than 33 years of professional experience working in the environmental field, Bob Finck is currently a Principal Consultant in HMMH’s Surface Transportation Group. Bob leads environmental analyses of noise and vibration impacts from rail and highway projects. He is responsible for project management, developing traffic noise analyses, conducting railroad noise and vibration analyses, preparing reports and technical documents, supervising staff, and assisting with marketing and business development.

Through continuous project-related experience with NEPA documentation and analysis, Bob has participated in the preparation of many environmental documents (CE’s, EA’s, FONSI’s and EIS’s) and reevaluations as a requirement for federally funded transportation projects.

As a lifelong Florida native with an educational background in marine science, Bob enjoys saltwater flyfishing in his free time. Living just south of Tampa Bay on the west coast, Bob takes full advantage of the opportunity to fish the shallow flats and rivers from his skiff or kayak year-round for his favorite saltwater species, snook and tarpon.
