Each year, HMMH hosts a Virtual Airport Noise Course designed to provide airport noise officers and aviation professionals with a comprehensive, practical, and in-depth understanding of the essentials of aircraft noise management. This training covers key topics including environmental acoustics, FAA regulations, noise modeling, measurements, and mitigation strategies. Do you need custom training for a group? We can focus or expand on any of the topics in the Aviation Noise Course, including noise modeling basics with the Federal Aviation Administration’s Aviation Environmental Design Tool (AEDT). Customized training can be held virtually or in person, can vary in length from a few hours to several days, and can be scheduled in a block period or over several sessions.
