This holiday season will look different for most people and HMMH is no exception. Though there will be no holiday party this year, we have still found a way to connect. We asked our staff to contribute their favorite holiday recipes, be it a drink, dish, or dessert.

HMMH’s specialty may be environmental consulting but our staff had some delicious recipes to share. Many dishes are family favorites that have been passed down, like potato casserole, stuffed mushrooms, and New England turkey dressing. Our staff is also baking desserts like Norwegian wreath cookies and pumpkin chocolate chip squares. We’ve even included an eggnog recipe that has been a staple of HMMH holiday gatherings for years.

So, while we can’t get together in person this year, join us in celebrating this holiday season by trying out some of our thoughtfully designed recipes.
