Philip Soucacos is an experienced and thoughtful leader, researcher, and managing consultant with more than 18 years of experience working with a wide variety of clients on multiple projects in the areas of transportation, emerging technologies, environment, data analytics, and infrastructure. He excels in strategic decisions around division/account health, contracting, profitability, and growth, while promoting communication, diversity, and client satisfaction. He is an integrator with a passion for building and leading teams, fostering collaboration, and promoting employee development.
Mr. Soucacos has extensive experience as a Program and Project Manager, leading several contracts for the Federal State, and Local Agencies. He has also been working on the assessment of aviation emission impacts on local-to-regional air quality. He has conducted system design, modeling, air quality and dispersion analysis, and testing on several projects which examine the relative changes to air quality from airport-level sources. Mr. Soucacos has also been working on electrification efforts at airports, including electrification trends and future demand for landside and airside vehicles.
Philip holds a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from George Mason University.
