Located in Portland, Oregon, Scott Polzin is a Principal Consultant in HMMH’s Aviation Environmental Services group. Scott brings over 25 years of environmental planning experience to assignments. The primary focus of his technical experience has been delivering National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance documents, including environmental impact statements (EISs), environmental assessments (EAs), and categorical exclusions (CatExs). His current focus is delivering NEPA documents on aviation projects but he also has experience on highway, transit, and transmission line projects.
As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Scott is adept at managing large and small multidisciplinary teams in various geographic locations. He is proficient in delivering projects on schedule and under budget with exceptional quality, and is skilled at providing proactive solutions to ensure client satisfaction. He has worked closely with clients, jurisdictions and agencies on projects in 16 different states.
