Vincent brings a strong background in environmental and natural resource conservation to HMMH’s Aviation group located in our Anaheim Office. Vincent regularly conducts noise measurements, data analysis, and modeling for aviation, rail/transit, highway, construction, and residential sound insulation projects across the country. He specializes in noise modeling utilizing the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA’s) Aviation Environmental Design Tool (AEDT). He is also well-versed in SoundPLAN and GIS.
Vincent is also a certified service delivery technician for Envirosuite, providing preventative maintenance and support services for Airport noise monitoring systems throughout the Western United States.
