HMMH Announces Promotions of Bradley L. Nicholas and Justin E. Divens

HMMH is pleased to announce the recent promotions of Bradley L. Nicholas and Justin E. Divens.

Bradley Nicholas, Brad Nicholas, Prinicpal Consultant, Aviation, HMMHBradley Nicholas has been promoted to Principal Consultant. Mr. Nicholas has participated in projects that have included noise modeling/analysis for airports, aviation noise field measurements and data processing, and environmental assessment and impact studies. He has provided the technical lead on a variety of projects by performing airline fleet analysis, aircraft noise measurements and analysis, radar data analysis, and aircraft noise modeling. He is an experienced user of the Federal Aviation Administration’s airport and airspace noise model, the Aviation Environmental Design Tool (AEDT), and the lead instructor for HMMH’s AEDT Training Course.

“I am pleased to promote Brad to the position of Principal Consultant at HMMH,” said Gene Reindel, HMMH’s Director of Aviation Services. “Brad seeks out and completes technically challenging work which is high quality and communicates the results to clients and peers in a clear manner.”

 

Justin Divens, Senior Consultant, Aviation, HMMHJustin Divens has been with the firm since 2012 and has been promoted to Senior Consultant. Mr. Divens primary responsibilities at HMMH include modeling airport noise using the Federal Aviation Administration’s Integrated Noise Model (INM) and NOISEMAP, as well as wide-ranging technical and analytical support.
