Principal Consultant Specializing in Aviation and Federal Programs

Robert specializes in airport environmental noise and air quality analysis from just outside Orlando, FL. He has served as the project manager and lead technical analyst in the preparation of noise contours for more than 50 airports, including noise elements of Part 150 Land Use Compatibility Planning Studies, Part 161 Noise, and Access Restriction Studies, Environmental Assessments, Environmental Impact Statements, Airport Master Plan Studies, and other studies concerning airport noise.

Robert is currently managing several Part 150 studies, On-Call Service contracts, and NEPA studies in Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee, Illinois, and the Northeast. He was an active member of the FAA’s Aviation Environmental Design Tool (AEDT) Design Review Group. From 2004 through 2015, he played an integral role in this group, performing studies and analyses that have led to many developments. His numerous contributions to the field include an evaluation of various tests carried out with the AEDT, the results of which he presented to his colleagues in the Design Review Group. In terms of design, Robert assisted with the development of an internal testing plan for the AEDT.

As a consultant with Sigma Research Corporation (now AECOM), Robert worked with a majority of the current Environmental Protection Agency Guideline models. He was involved in several power plant permitting projects and dispersion modeling studies.

Bob holds a B.S. in Meteorology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
