Daniel T. Botto

Senior Consultant Specializing in Federal Programs

Dan Botto is a Senior Consultant in HMMH’s Federal Services group. He has 23 years’ experience as an environmental planner and noise analyst with a successful track record of Part 150 studies, NEPA analysis, DoD noise projects, and project management. He has collaborated with diverse stakeholders, including state, local and federal governing bodies, community members, and industry groups to bring about effective projects.

Dan’s career has afforded him experience in many facets of acoustics, including: construction, noise blast/explosive ordnance, sonic boom, small arms and federal noise regulations. He has worked and managed many projects, including special/customized studies, AICUZ/RAICUZ and NEPA adherence related to 14 CFR Part 150. Dan has extensive experience with civilian and DoD for a variety of military and civilian clients.

Dan holds a B.S. in Aviation Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is currently based in Tampa, Florida.
