Jackie Chappell is the Contracts Administrator at HMMH. With more than 20 years collaborating with architects, engineers, planners, and surveyors in the areas of project management, project controls, contract management, business development, marketing, proposals, scope and fee estimates, and accounting. Ms. Chappell is an asset to the HMMH team. She has effective and creative management skills utilizing strong analytical, organizational, and communication. She is knowledgeable in making personnel decisions, training, supervising, assigning, and monitoring the work of others while maintaining positive relationships and confidentiality.
