Ms. Nastasja von Conta is a Principal Consultant managing performance of projects under HMMH’s Federal Programs division. Nastasja has extensive knowledge of complex airport management and operations, business intelligence and data/HR analytics, and program management.
Nastasja implemented a suite of solutions at San Francisco Intl Airport including a new aircraft noise and operations systems; expanded and optimized airport resource management system; and lead development of a business analytics hub. An avid Tableau user, Nastasja drives business value with actionable insights and effectively blends management skills with technical expertise. As a project consultant for Airbus, Nastasja advised on aviation noise impacts and mitigation strategies for future high-density UAS operations.
Ms. von Conta holds B.S. in Aeronautical Science and an MBA from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and is a certified commercial pilot.
