Throughout his career, Dave has prepared environmental assessments/environmental impact statements (EA/EIS), 14 CFR Part 150 studies, residential sound insulation/field testing, and airport noise monitoring system analysis. He has managed complex projects for HMMH, including complete Environmental Assessments, aircraft noise modeling, radar data analyses and airline fleet analyses. Dave contributes to public meetings and participates in documenting and presenting project results in a way that can be easily interpreted. He is also HMMH’s Integrated Noise Model (INM) training course instructor.

Dave has a passion for aeronautics and has led various aircraft acoustic projects for clients nationwide, including the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) itself. He remains an active member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics.

Dave holds a B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering from Clarkson University in New York.
