Scott R. Noel, AICP, INCE

Based in Oregon, Scott Noel is Director of HMMH’s Surface Transportation Group. He is responsible for managing highway noise mitigation studies and air quality projects, generating new business opportunities, and providing quality assurance checks. Scott’s background in commercial and industrial projects and those in the aviation sector provides an opportunity for cross-sector support on some projects.

He also actively participates in the Transportation Research Board’s Committee on Transportation-Related Noise and Vibration, the American Wind Energy Association’s noise working group, the Institute of Noise Control Engineering, and the American Planning Association.

Scott holds a B.A. in Environmental Planning and Geography from Elmhurst College in Elmhurst, Illinois.
