Multi-Family Residential Community Noise Analysis

HMMH prepared noise and vibration analysis for a proposed 111-unit multi-family residential community in Upland, CA. The exterior noise analysis and report addressed compliance of the project with the City of Upland’s exterior noise standard contained within the noise element of their general plan as well as the 2016 CalGreen code. Short-term noise and vibration measurements were conducted as part of this project. The interior noise analysis addressed compliance of the project with the City’s interior noise standard contained within the noise element of their general plan, the 2016 CalGreen code, and the 2016 California Building Code for noise insulation performance standards.
