Justin is a Senior Scientist with HMMH and works primarily with the Aviation Environmental Services group. He analyzes and manipulates large sets of flight track data in order to assess noise levels around airports. Justin is also heavily involved in in-house proprietary tool development and extensively uses the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Aviation Environmental Design Tool (AEDT) for aircraft noise and air quality modeling. Justin has worked on a number of FAA-endorsed Part 150 Noise Exposure Maps, airport master plan noise modeling, on-call airport noise modeling, data/modeling assistance, and wide-ranging technical and analytical support.
Justin holds a B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering and in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University in New York.
